She alighted on a dressing table on which was an old liberty hand-mirror with narcissus ornament.
Si posò su un tavolo da toeletta sul quale c’era un vecchio specchio liberty con una decorazione di narcisi.
She thought it was like her flower in the garden and she came nearer. But… she gasped in surprise!
Pensava che fosse come i fiori del suo giardino e si avvicinò. Ma… restò senza fiato per la sorpresa!
“Who is that beautiful girl on the other side?” She asked. ”I would touch her face, but I can’t… I can’t… She’s in another world!”
